If you create or manage an account for a business, nonprofit, government entity, organization, employee, client, or another individual, you represent that you have authority to act on that party’s behalf and to accept these Terms for that party.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your login credentials or devices.

A username or public profile address may be reclaimed if an account has been inactive for an extended period, particularly when the username is associated with a registered trademark, established business, public organization, or active Platform user.
When practical, we will attempt to notify the account holder before reclaiming a username.
